about me

Every day people go to their bank for a mortgage because they think that’s the best way. The problems are that they have limited options, are not always offered the best rates and are frequently turned down.

I started my company in 1999 with the vision of bringing better choice and a first class service to my customers, and over 20 years later customers old and new are still benefiting from this approach.

With my network of over 70 lenders and selected solicitors and life insurance providers I can offer an end to end service, do the hard work for you and make things run as smoothly as possible.

Standard mortgage and remortgage applications aside, a particular speciality is my self-employed mortgage service, and impaired credit mortgage service. Being self-employed or having a less than perfect credit history worries a lot of people that they can’t get a mortgage, but it doesn’t have to mean you won’t be successful with the right approach.

Buying a property is probably the single most expensive financial transaction you will make so it makes sense to get the right help to guide you through every stage of the process.

6 reasons people value my service

1 The best opportunity of finding the right mortgage at the right price. It’s like applying to over 70 lenders in one go to see which one comes up best.

2  Professional, quality advice and One to One service. I have over 20 years’ experience with the knowledge, expertise and technology to get the job done. And you’ll never have to speak to a call centre.

3  Risk fee. No broker fees for my residential and BTL mortgage service.

There’s nothing to lose

4 Fixed price conveyancing service with guarantees. Many remortgages come with free conveyancing but if a solicitor needs to be instructed, my service offers transparent, fixed fees and a ‘no completion no fee’ guarantee

5 You’re protected. McCoy Mortgages is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

6 Ongoing service and advice. Your mortgage could last for 25 or 30 years and, it’s likely you’ll want to take advantage of the best deals along the way. With your permission I’ll keep in touch and find the best opportunities whenever the time is right.
